You can cancel or reschedule your upcoming Live Conversation from either your dashboard or one of the reminder emails.
Please be considerate of the customer's time and make changes to your session at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. We ask our customers to do the same! Learn more about our cancellation policy

Find the scheduled session on your Home page under Upcoming sessions. Click the ellipses to show the options to Reschedule or Cancel session.
