While we work on improving this experience, here’s what you need to know:
How to track your test payments
Since we use PayPal to process your payments, you can track your earnings by checking your PayPal account.
Here’s how:
- Log in to your PayPal account at https://www.paypal.com/.
- Visit your Activity page to view a list of recent transactions.
- Look for payments from UserTesting or IntelliZoom Panel.
When to expect your test payments
If you expect a payment but can’t find it in your account, make sure:
You’ve checked the correct PayPal account.
It's been at least 14 days since you completed your test.
If you believe a payment is missing or have other concerns, our support team is here to help. You can submit a request for further assistance.
