What can I do on my dashboard?

In your dashboard, you can explore test opportunities, refresh your profile to get more test invites, and make changes to your account settings.

 

Explore the different areas of your dashboard:

 

Home

You can view and accept test invites on the Home page under Available Tests.

To accept a test invite, you’ll first need to qualify for the test by answering a set of screener questions.

The Home page also includes information about your upcoming Live Conversations. Learn more about participating in one-on-one Live Conversations with customers

Profile

On your Profile page, you can review and update your information to help us match you with available tests. Discover how keeping your profile up to date can help you get more test invites!

Help and Support menu

Visit the Help and Support menu to access the Support Center or review the Terms of Service.

Account menu

Use the account menu to view and make changes to your account settings or log out of your account.

Settings

View your account settings to:

  • Check your account email address
  • Change your password
  • Change the display language for your dashboard and the emails you receive from our team
  • Deactivate your account
  • Review and make changes to your email and test Notifications
