You can choose which test invitation emails you receive and manage other notifications in your account.
Choose which test invitations you receive
To update your test invitation email preferences:
Go to your Settings.
Select Notifications.
Find Test invitations.
Toggle each option on or off:
Survey
Task based
Live Conversation
Tip: These settings control the email invitations you receive. Turning a test type off won’t affect your ability to take those tests. You can still find available tests on your dashboard.
Turn sound alerts on or off
You can choose if you'd like to hear a sound when new tests appear in your dashboard.
Go to your Settings.
Select Notifications.
Find Test feed sound alert.
Toggle the setting on or off.
This setting only controls the sound you hear when new tests appear. It does not affect email notifications.
Manage marketing emails
You can choose whether to receive newsletters and marketing emails.
Go to your Settings.
Select Notifications.
Find Account and marketing emails.
Toggle the setting on or off for Newsletter and marketing communications.
Good to know:
Even if you turn off test invitation and marketing emails, you’ll still receive important account emails, such as:
