How do I deactivate my account?

If you want to take a break, you don't need to deactivate your account. We'll keep it safe while you're gone!

If you've made the decision that you no longer want to be part of the UserTesting Network, this article provides the steps for you to take deactivate your account.

How to deactivate your account

1. On your dashboard, click the Account menu and select Settings.

2. Scroll to the Deactivate account section and click Deactivate account.

3. To confirm the deactivation of your account, click Deactivate account on the confirmation window.
