If you can’t log into your UserTesting account, try these troubleshooting steps:
- Type out your email
- Check for errors
- Clear your browser cache to fix login errors
- Reset your password if needed
Type out your email
Copying and pasting can sometimes add extra spaces to your email address. When this happens, the system won't recognize your email. Instead, always type out your email address when you log in.
Check for errors
Before trying to sign in, check over your email address for any mistakes. The login field is case-sensitive, so make sure you haven't mistakenly used any capital letters.
Clear your browser cache to fix login errors
If there are errors with the login webpage, try clearing your cache.
You can also use your keyboard to clear your cache with these shortcuts:
Mac shortcut: Cmd+Shift+Delete
Windows shortcut: Ctrl+Shift+Delete
Reset your password if needed
If you can't remember your password, you can reset it from the login page.
Here’s how:
-
Visit the participant login page: network.usertesting.com.
Enter your email address. Then click Log in.
- Click Forgot password.
- Enter the email associated with your account and click Send email. We’ll send you a link to reset your password.
- Check your inbox for the password reset email and click Reset password.
- Enter your new password in the password reset form and follow the password rules. Then click Save password when you're ready to apply your changes.
- Look for a message to confirm your password was reset.
