Before you make any changes, we want to remind you that the country you select on your profile should be your country of residence (e.g., where you live most of the time).

When you travel to a different country and complete a test, your location won't match the country you selected in your profile. Before we can help you with your request, you'll need to confirm the following:
- The country on your PayPal account matches the country you'd like to add to your profile
- Your PayPal account is verified
- Your PayPal and UserTesting accounts are connected

Your PayPal and UserTesting accounts are connected
Check your dashboard Home page to make sure you’ve connected your PayPal account.
If you haven’t connected your PayPal account yet, a banner prompting you to set up payments will appear on this page.
If your PayPal gets disconnected, you’ll find an error message on this page.
