Why do I have a username?
We automatically created a username for you. This ensures every participant has a unique name tied to their account and helps protect your privacy (customers see your username instead of your name or email address).
- Your username is visible to customers.
- Your username does not replace your login information. You’ll still sign in using your email and password.
Where can I find my username?
You can view your username on your Profile.
- Sign in to your account.
- Select Profile.
- Review your username at the top of the page.
You can also go directly to your Profile page: Open your Profile page.

Can I change my username?
No, you're unable to change your assigned username. Our Support team can’t manually update or change usernames either.
Can I use my username to log in?
No, you’ll still use your email and password to log into your account.
