In what currency does UserTesting send payments?

All payments are made in USD. If you'd like to receive your earnings in a different currency, PayPal will convert the payment based on the exchange rate at the time of transfer​. Learn how to convert your earnings to another currency in PayPal.

How and when will I receive my test payments?

Payments are automatically sent to your verified PayPal account 14 days after completing a test.

If you log into PayPal and can’t find your payment, there's no need to worry! It should arrive by the end of the day, so check back later.

 

Is there a minimum amount I need to earn before I can receive my payments?

No, there’s no minimum threshold for payout! Once your test is approved, we’ll automatically send your payment.

Are my payments taxed?

UserTesting does not withhold taxes from your payments. As a participant, you are responsible for reporting your earnings according to your country’s tax regulations.

Who do I contact for payment issues?

Please contact PayPal Support for account verification, payment withdrawal, and currency conversion issues.
