My payment is missing

If you were expecting a payment but haven't received it yet, please check the following:

• The payment processing timeframe. You should receive your payment 14 days after you successfully upload your test. If you log into PayPal and can’t find your payment, there's no need to worry! It should arrive by the end of the day, so check back later.
  
  
• Your PayPal verification status. You must have a verified PayPal account to receive your earnings.
  
  
• Any restrictions or limitations on your PayPal account. If there’s an issue with your PayPal account status, this could impact your ability to receive your test payments.
