About your test history
Your test history is your personal record of every test you've completed on UserTesting. At a glance, you can see your total rewards, pending payments, and total tests completed—all in one place.
You can filter your history by time period, so it's easy to find what you're looking for.
Select any test to see:
- The test type (e.g., Survey, Task based, Live Conversation)
- The date and time the test was completed
- The test's current payment status (e.g., Paid, Pending, Processing)
- The payment amount for the test
- The Study ID for the test
- The device used to complete the test
- The test's status (e.g., Completed)
How to view your test history
- Sign in to your UserTesting account at https://www.network.usertesting.com
- Select Your tests.
Quality Team review
Sometimes a customer may cancel your test if it isn't useful for their research. When this happens, our Quality Team may review your session and share coaching to help you succeed in future tests. If your test is canceled, your payment may be affected. Learn more about why your payment may have been canceled
You can select View Feedback in your test history to read any coaching from the Quality Team.
You can find the Quality Team's coaching under Feedback.
