How can I make changes to my profile?

From your dashboard, you can update your profile information except your date of birth, country, or gender. For these changes, you must request help from our support team. Find out when to get help updating your profile

 

Visit your dashboard to update your profile anytime—just select the Profile tab!

To review or change your profile information, click Add details or Update details for the relevant category.

Regularly check and update your profile. Your profile details help us match you with testing opportunities; the more complete and accurate your profile, the better your chances of qualifying for tests!
