What are screeners?
Screeners are multiple-choice questions you might answer before you can accept a test. Customers use screeners to make sure you’re a good fit for their tests. For example, they might ask about your employment experience or shopping habits.
The most important point to remember about screeners is to answer honestly.
Learn why it's okay if you don't pass a screener
Sometimes, screener questions will appear directly on the test invite.
In other cases, the screener questions will launch in a new window, and you’ll respond to the questions in a survey format. Once you qualify, you’ll continue to the test. If you don’t qualify, you’ll receive an automatic notification.
How do customers use my screener responses?
If you pass all of the screener questions for a test and successfully complete and upload your test, the customer can view the screener responses you provided for that test. However, when you don't qualify for the test, the customer won't be able to view your responses.

What if I qualify for a test due to false or incorrect screener responses?
If you qualify for a test because you accidentally chose an incorrect answer to a screening question, you should immediately exit the test.
What else should I know about screeners?
Carefully respond to each question
Once you've submitted your responses, you can’t change them. Even if you accidentally select a wrong answer, we're unable to reset the screeners. So, please read the questions and all possible answers carefully before submitting your responses.
Choose the best response
If you're taking a screener and none of the options apply, simply exit the screener and decline the test.
If you're completing a screener and more than one answer applies to you, but you're limited to one choice, please choose the best answer.
Always answer honestly
Because the customer might expect you to explain your screener responses during the test, you must answer every question honestly.
If the customer realizes you weren’t qualified to take the test, they may cancel your payment.
