Why you shouldn't take the same test more than once
Customers are looking for honest feedback from participants engaging with their products and experiences for the first time. If you retake the same test, your responses might not be helpful, and this can affect your payment.
Customers rely on feedback from different people with fresh perspectives. If you've already completed a test, you can't provide responses that reflect a true first-time experience.
If a test feels familiar, it’s okay to exit the test and look for a new match. When you focus on tests you haven’t completed before, you're doing your part to create a fair experience for other participants and provide helpful feedback for customers.
How to tell if it's the same test
You might’ve already taken the test if:
The screener questions are the same
The instructions or scenario sound familiar
The tasks match a test you’ve done before
If anything feels familiar, pause and take a moment to think before continuing with the test.
