Payment regulations can vary significantly depending on your location. PayPal has specific rules you need to follow based on the country you live in. Therefore, i's important to understand these policies to ensure you receive your UserTesting payments on time.
Moving to a new country
Unfortunately, PayPal doesn’t allow you to change the country on your account. If you’ve moved to another country, you must create a new PayPal account. Learn more about PayPal’s address change policy
Once you’ve created a new PayPal account in your new country, you should connect this account to your UserTesting account. This is important to ensure that your payments are sent to the correct account and to avoid any payment delays or issues.

- The country you select on your profile should be your country of residence (e.g., where you live most of the time).
- You shouldn’t test while traveling outside your country of residence.

Don’t share your PayPal account
It's important to remember that sharing your PayPal account with another participant is not allowed. Doing so violates our Terms of Service and Contributor Code of Conduct.
If you do so, we’ll deactivate your account, and you won't be able to rejoin the UserTesting Network.

Payment issues usually happen because there’s something wrong with your PayPal account. To fix these issues as quickly as possible, you should contact PayPal’s Support team.
