How do I connect my PayPal account?

Connecting a verified PayPal account is the first step to earning money as a UserTesting participant! We use PayPal to keep your payments secure and ensure you receive your test payments on time.

Connect your PayPal account in four simple steps:

  1. Log in to your UserTesting dashboard.
  2. Once you've logged in, you’ll find a banner on your Home page. Click Connect PayPal on this banner.

  3. Confirm your PayPal account is verified.

  4. Finally, log in to your PayPal account and complete the steps to connect it to UserTesting.
