A Live Conversation is an exciting opportunity to connect with customers on a live call and share your direct feedback with them.
Here’s how to get started:

Look for a Live Conversation test invite under your Available tests.

Click Check if you qualify, and take a moment to review important details about the test.

Answer any screener questions. These questions may appear directly in the test details window or open in a new tab.
Remember to provide honest responses! Learn more about screeners and why your answers matter.

If you pass the screener, you’ll schedule your Live Conversation.
Choose a time slot that suits your schedule. Pick a day when you're confident you can show up on time and share your feedback without feeling rushed.

Provide your contact information so you can receive email and SMS reminders about your scheduled session.

To confirm your device, enter the verification code you received by text.

Check your inbox for the session confirmation email, and click the Confirm session button.

Click Finish confirmation to start the system check. Don't worry, we'll guide you through it step by step.

Click Begin.

Click OK to start the microphone check.

Select the microphone you’d like to test. Please choose the device you plan to use on the day of your Live Conversation. When you’re ready to continue, click Next.

Read the prompt on the screen to make sure your mic can pick up your audio. Once your audio is detected, continue to the camera check.

Click OK to start the camera check.

Confirm you can see yourself on the screen, and then click Next.

Click Check my connection to run a quick Internet speed test. A reliable internet connection is key for a successful Live Conversation. Then click Next to complete the system check.
- Your Live Conversation is confirmed! You can review the details for your upcoming interview here or check your inbox for the confirmation email. You can also keep track of your scheduled Live Conversations under the Upcoming sessions section on your dashboard.
