Some Live Conversations include a brief overview from the customer. When this information is available, you’ll find it listed under a section called About this test. Learn how and when you might get more info about your upcoming session 

Keep in mind that customers aren’t required to provide these details. If a customer chooses not to share session information, we won't be able to specify the exact topics they’ll cover during the conversation.

The good news: The customer will guide you through the session.

In fact, the most helpful conversations often happen when you come in without expectations. As long as you qualified with accurate information or honest screener answers, there’s no need to prepare in a specific way—just show up and be yourself.

Even if you don’t know the exact topic ahead of time, most Live Conversations follow a similar format.
