You're expected to join your Live Conversation within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time. This window allows for any unexpected delays and ensures a smooth start to the session.
If there’s an emergency or you can’t attend the session, please contact Support immediately. This will allow us to inform the customer and make necessary arrangements. The sooner we know, the better we can assist you and the customer.
Our customers eagerly anticipate your participation in each Live Conversation! They have dedicated time in their schedules and are eager to hear from you. Customers highly value your real-time feedback, and finding a replacement can be a challenge. Therefore, we request that you cancel a session no later than 24 hours before it’s scheduled.
