If the customer doesn’t join your Live Conversation, you’ll still be paid for your time as long as you joined the lobby before the session started.
What to do
- Join the lobby at least 10 minutes early
- Stay in the lobby and wait for the customer
- Expect full payment if you joined on time and the customer doesn’t show up
What should I expect in the lobby?
When you join the lobby:
- You may need to wait a few minutes for the customer
- The session will begin once they join and the scheduled start time has been reached
- If the customer doesn’t arrive by the start time, you’ll get a message confirming they missed the session
You’ll wait in the lobby until the customer joins and the session begins
How long do I wait?
Wait up to 15 minutes or until you receive a message confirming the customer missed the session.
You’ll get a message if the customer doesn’t join
Once you receive this message or an email confirmation, you can leave.
Will I still get paid?
Yes. If the customer doesn’t join, you’ll still receive full payment for your session. Payment is sent automatically, so you don’t need to take any action.
