If the customer cancels the session less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time:
We truly appreciate you taking the time to join your Live Conversation! To thank you for your participation and for any inconvenience, we'll send you a partial payment. You can look forward to receiving it in about 14 days after your scheduled Live Conversation.
To receive your payment, please contact our Support team. You can expect your payment usually 14 days after the day of the scheduled Live Conversation.
If the customer cancels the session at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time:
We understand unexpected things happen, so we don't penalize customers or participants for canceling Live Conversations as long as they let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
