You can reschedule or cancel your Live Conversation from your dashboard or your reminder email. If your plans change, try to update your session as early as possible. This helps the customer plan ahead and gives another participant the chance to take your spot.
Important notes on timing
If you need to reschedule or cancel, here are a few important things to keep in mind:
You should try to make changes at least 24 hours before your session when possible
You can only reschedule or cancel up to 10 minutes before the start time
Find your session under Upcoming sessions. Then select the three dots and choose Reschedule or Cancel session.
Reschedule or cancel from your email
Open your session reminder email and select the reschedule or cancel link.
How to reschedule
Choose a new date and time
Review your selection, and select Confirm session if everything looks okay.
How to cancel
Select Cancel session and look for the confirmation message.
What happens after I make changes?
If you cancel
Your session will be removed
You’ll receive an email confirming the session was canceled
If you reschedule
Your new session time will be confirmed
You’ll receive an email confirming the original session was canceled
You’ll receive a confirmation email and text for the new session
Why can't I cancel my Live Conversation?
You can only cancel or reschedule up to 10 minutes before the start time. If you try to cancel too late, you won't be able to make any changes. In this scenario, it's best to go ahead and join the session.
