What happens if I miss my Live Conversation?
Once the customer joins, you’ll have 10 minutes to enter the session. f you don’t join in time, the session will be closed, and you'll be marked as a no-show.
Can I still cancel or reschedule?
You can cancel or reschedule your session up to 10 minutes before the start time.
If you know you can’t attend:
- Aim to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance
- Use your dashboard or reminder email to make changes
