How test availability works
You may receive test invites less often because the number of available tests can change depending on customer demand.
A big part of what makes your perspective valuable is that it's unique.
Not everyone thinks like you do, has lived in the same places, learned the same skills, and so on. We believe that's great, and so do our customers.
Just like you, our customers have different needs and areas of interest. This means it may take some time to receive your next test invite, and that's OK! As long as you keep your profile up-to-date, we'll do our part to make sure you get matched with tests that are right for you.
Tips for checking your device and account settings
When customers are happy with the feedback they receive, they're likely to keep creating tests. Measures are in place to monitor activity on the UserTesting platform and maintain this feedback quality. Sometimes, changes to these measures can affect participants who provide high-quality feedback.

Don't log in to test if you're traveling to another country
Going on a vacation is exciting, but it's not always the best time to take tests. When you travel to a different country and complete a test, your location won't match the country you selected in your profile. This could cause our system to flag your account or customers to question whether you're qualified to complete their tests.
