If you didn’t receive a confirmation email, this usually means something interrupted the booking process. When you successfully schedule a session, you’ll get confirmation right away, and not just by email.
Check your dashboard
If you scheduled your Live Conversation from your dashboard, go to Upcoming sessions and check whether your session is there. If your session appears in Upcoming sessions, your booking went through even if you didn't receive a confirmation email.
Check what happened during booking
Think back to your booking experience:
- Did you finish all the steps?
- Did you get a text message?
- Did you get any messages while booking?
