If you see this screen, it means you can't continue with this test right now. This isn't a penalty, and it doesn't affect your account. Here's what it usually means and what you can do next.
Why you might see this screen
The study already has enough responses
Tests close once the customer has enough responses for their study.
This means a test can become unavailable as you're:
- Answering screener questions to see if you qualify
- Scheduling a session
- Beginning a test you just qualified for
When this happens, you can return to your Available tests to search for a new one.
The customer paused the test
Customers can pause a test at any point, including while you're qualifying, scheduling, or joining. This is temporary and isn't something you did. Try checking back later, since the customer may resume the test.
If the same test keeps appearing on your dashboard after you've already seen this screen, you can decline it to remove it. Find out how to decline a test invitation
